Trickjump bot for ETpro 3.2.6

Description:
- Automatically does the best possible mouse movement to gain
maximum speed in gammajumping.
Usage:
- Start tjbot.exe and point it to your ET.exe
- Join a server and the hack is automatically enabled
- Use command "tjbot" to enable/disable the bot
Example:
- \bind mouse2 tjbot
- Start doing the gamma, and press mouse2 to enable the bot
- Now you need to use only strafe keys, and the mouse movement
is automatically done.
