I know ETmin has already been posted, but this one works for other games as well, i also think it is a better minimizor as it has other features and options, such as resetting the gamma of your desktop after a game crash and 2 different modes of minimizing.

A good tool, true. If it doesn't work for you (didn't work for me using Windows 7), turn on the "alternate minimizing" method in the options.

Anyhow, there are a few flaws: first off, it minimizes just about everything, from Firefox to EVE Online to Enemy Territory, and there's no way to turn that minimizing off for every program. Secondly, the hotkeys don't need to be pressed simultaneously - if you press ctrl, release control, and then press m (if ctrl+m are your minimizing keys), it still minimizes.
Both of those are "features", though, but I still don't like them.

Yeh not having to push the key combination simultaneously is a bit annoying, but just set the first key to something you never use ingame so you cant accidentally activate it.

True, it could be. Been using the normal minimizing method for a while (used to use the alternate one) and it now it doesn't seem to minimize Firefox anymore.
