A good tool, true. If it doesn't work for you (didn't work for me using Windows 7), turn on the "alternate minimizing" method in the options.
Anyhow, there are a few flaws: first off, it minimizes just about everything, from Firefox to EVE Online to Enemy Territory, and there's no way to turn that minimizing off for every program. Secondly, the hotkeys don't need to be pressed simultaneously - if you press ctrl, release control, and then press m (if ctrl+m are your minimizing keys), it still minimizes.
Both of those are "features", though, but I still don't like them.
